Many I clouds under one account

hi Iam new here

I just want ask if I can have 2 or 3 different clouds service because I want to use a second phone and it will also be iPhone
But I don't want my backup files to be mixed

And also I want to use the account on Mac

I hope that you can help me regarding the account
