iPhone 6+ hardware keyboard

I've seen slide-out keyboards for the 6, which are kind of like a thick back cover, there's one from BoxWave for example.

 

I've failed to find one for the 6+. Is it just I've failed at googling/binging, or has the 6+ been sadly forgotten by the accessory makers?

 

I searched the forum but all the hits were about on-screen keyboards, sorry if this has been covered already.
