iTunes - help!

Firstly it's important to understand that I am almost 60 years of age (not good eh?)...

I have a problem with iTunes as follows: -

All of my iTunes stuff was on my laptop until recently

For whatever reason all (except 68 tracks?) the files have now got exclamation marks in a circle next to them

I plugged my iPod in and ended up with only the 68 tracks on it instead of 1900...

However!! All of my iTunes music has now appeared now on my iPad

What I need to do is what appears to me as an old skool chap to be impossible but I want to recover everything back to my laptop (I've already tried syncing the Pad and laptop to no avail)

Then I need to get them on to my Nokia Lumia 920 phone, any ideas how I can do one or all of these things please?

You need 3rd party software to get music back off iOS devices e.g:

First of all, check if the music still exists on your Mac. Search for the track name or artist on one of the missing tracks in Spotlight. If it shows up, you might just have to set the music folder location again in iTunes preferences > advanced or drag the songs back into iTunes.
