Windows like mouse scroll on my Macbook Pro

I plugged some Logitech mouse in my Mac Book Pro. The scroll is kinda strange. If you scroll a few steps, it scroll a few lines. Scroll some more and it will suddenly scroll a page. The problem is it behaves like the trackpad.

 

I want it to be consistent, like Windows mouse scrolling.

 

Possible?

 

Using OS X Yosemite 10.10

    Go to Preferences > Mouse and change "Scrolling Speed" to minimum value. It should help you.
