iOS 8.3 problems

Is anyone having problems using the extensions in apps or is it just me? For example, I cannot share pictures from the photos app to snapchat, and I cannot share posts from Instagram on Facebook. I have checked all the settings and everything seems fine. I didn't have such problem before I updated.
