Anyone know what "nanoregistryd" is running on my iPhone?

For a few days now I've noticed a stark reduction in my daily battery life. By mid-day most of my charge is already used up. And this is with less than normal usage.

I ran the app "Normal" and it showed me that "nanoregistryd" was running but there aren't any active apps running. 

 

Anyone have an idea what this is? Thanks.
