Hello,

I'm new to this forum.

Some time ago I bought a new Mac6500/250 and it was a disaster for me.

I ended up selling it after owning it just for a few weeks.

Let me say that I hate Windows and want to give myself another chance with Apple.

OSX doesn't scare me but working with OS9 does...

I'm considering buying a new iMac.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Cliff

Luckily for you, OS 9 is not required any more.

I converted over from windoze completely about three months ago and I never regret it. So has my girlfriend. I have a new ibook and she just bought a new 800mhz iMac with superdrive. It's and AMAZING machine. We love every second on it. I even invited a guy that I work with who is the manager of our desktop team at work (ordering, repairing 2000 plus machines) and he said it was the coolest thing he has ever seen. How's that for advice?
