On Apple's retail jobs page there are two more stores, Houston, and Des Peres,MO. Does MO stand for Montana or Missouri? What is Des Peres near?

These are the 48th and 49th Apple Stores we know about so these are it for this year or there may be just one more.

Correction, there is a third one in Wauwautosa, Wisconsin. The strange thing is that the only job they are advertising for is a Mac genius. Usually when they add to the site they list for all the positions. This may be an error.

No. Now they have all the jobs for Wauwautosa,WI. That makes 49 that we know about since Des Peres is near St. Louis and we knew about that one already.

Looks like Philly, Seattle, etc. aren't getting stores this year.

They have almost completed interior demolition on the Burlingame site...it's an old, small hotel...

The ground floor is about the right size, but it has two floors above that. I dunno if it's the actual site, but it looks to be the only construction going on in the area.

It's right at an intersection too, which is also nice.

    There's a major city in Wisconsin? <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />

The only major city I can think of is Milwaukee, unless Wauwatoosa is close to the Minnesota border.

Wauwatosa is a suburb of Milwaukee. Milwaukee has a metropolitan population of 1.5 million people and a very stong graphics/design community. There is a market for a store there.
