Creating Multiple Apple ID Advice. What do I put for the Name field?

I'm volunteering at a small charity and recently we were given about 10 iPads.

 

I'm thinking of creating a specific Apple ID for each device. I'm using email aliases for the IDs but I'm wondering if there are any issues if I put our organization's name for the First Name field and perhaps a number for the Last Name field?

 

The reason I'm not putting a real name is because our volunteers come and go, so the iPads aren't going to be tied to a specific person.

I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten a notice for using a "not real" name.

 

I suppose the biggest issue might be if we buy apps, because I would assume the credit card name would have to match the Apple ID name. In this case, does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of times you can change a Name? Or I guess we could just use gift cards if it came to that.

 

I also looked in their VPP program but that seems to be for much larger organizations.
