iTunes match for Movies

Guys

   Any indication if there will be a match service released for DVD's that we currently own in the same manner as we have match for CD's?

 

Itunes is first class with Apple TV for movies but falls short when having to still use my old DVD collection aswell.

 

is this a) possible and or b) on the horizon
