What do you think about the new Panasonic e-wear?

I just saw this commercial for a new multifunction Panasonic product that is a mp3 player, miniDV camera, digital camera, and a voice recorder. Junk...or worth the $450.00 MSRP?

    You can't expect it to be the master of anything...



    For someone who wants all those things and doesn't want to carry around each individual item...I'd say it's great.

    Well, there's almost never a situation where I'd need all of those at the same time. I don't usually shoot video while listening to mp3s...and a voice recording feature in addition to a DV recording feature seems a little redundant.
