Formac Support Issues

I am wondering if anyone else has had customer support issues with a Formac product. I purchased a Studio DV/TV Video Digitizer with TV Tuner back in early March. They had me mail it in and I just recieved it back. It still doesn't work. The packaging looks exactly the same as when I put it in the box. Has anyone had any similar experiences or insight?
