Will Apple Music Allow Me To Seamlessly Add Purchased and Streamed Songs To a Playlist, and Will the

I add a lot of new music to my library every week, and use a series of smart playlists (based on age, number of plays, rating, genre, etc.) to pick the music I listen to. Like a radio station, most of songs I buy get a lot of plays at first, but if they don't become a favorite, after a while, they're taken out of the rotation. I would really like it if I could incorporate new streaming songs into my smart playlist and then purchase the ones I really dig. Anyone know if that will be possible?
