snagging mp3s

i'm having trouble grabing some mp3s off a site that is done entirely in flash. i can play it but it's in quciktime and there's no way for me to save it. i can't even find the file on computer. how can i find this file on comp using OS X ?? sorry i'm new to OS X



does omniweb support flash?



i guess i can try netscape, maybe i'll have luck with that
