iPhone App Store Does Not Show "Featured" "Top Charts" "Explore" and "Search" Tabs and Can't Install
On Saturday, both my wife and I noticed that the App Store on our phones was not looking right. First, the "Featured" "Top Charts" "Explore" and "Search" tabs were blank (see screenshots).
Second, when a weblink designed to take you to the App Store to download a specific app was clicked, it would open the App Store app but go to a blank page on the "Search" tab.
At the time, I assumed it was an App Store outage because it affected both of our phones. But the problem still persists. I'm now thinking maybe it has something to do with parental controls, because our accounts on our phones are connected by Family Sharing, and it's likely not a coincidence that it affects our phones but not the phones of other people we know. However, everything relating to the App Store is set to "allow" under the Restrictions setting.
We've restarted our phones, closed the iPhone app, etc. The only thing we haven't done is a hard reset. The problem is the same whether we're on our home WiFi (or any other WiFi), LTE, etc. We are both running iOS 8.4. FWIW, we did not have this issue before iOS 8.4. Also, we have an iPad Mini running iOS 8.4 and it does not have the same problem.
Comments
I just wanted to know if you have an update to your problem. I too am having the same issue with the App Store, it started a few days ago. I'd appreciate knowing if it fixed itself or if you were able to figure out how to fix it.
Thanks,
Sarah

The issue resolved itself after about 2 days. Best of luck!
