Apple watch disables Siri on my headset

Hello forum - I have a problem.  So far I LOVE my Apple watch - BUT - I do have one complaint:  With the watch, I CAN NOT use Siri on my headset or the Blue Tooth interface on my motorcycle.  Any body have any ideas how I can turn Siri OFF on my watch so I can use the headset and motorcycle blue tooth with Siri again???
