Boot Camp iMac 27" Retina 1TB fusion HD

Wonder if someone can assist.

 

I have a new iMac 27" Retina 1TB fusion HD.

 

I have tried everything to load windows. Apple is no help and advised I should have ordered it with Boob Camp loaded.

 

I am looking for a fix where you do not have to be a programmer, can anyone assist?
