Revision names

in General Discussion edited January 2014
I have heard people referring to different revisions of machines by names like "Yosemite", "Jikes" and "Sawtooth", which I'm guessing is the name of the motherboard design.

Can anybody fill me in on the history from the B+W G3 onwards?
