Remote App: Radio does not appear anymore in the menu

I've been using the Apple Remote app to control my music for years.  Recently, I moved my library to a "new" Mini (OS X 10.10.5, iTunes 12.2.2.25) and lost the ability to control Apple Radio from the Remote App.

 

I've gone over prefs and settings, as well as searching online for answers.  I have no idea why this option disappeared; the older Mini media server showed this option (same iTunes version, older OS).

 

The best I can find on line are instances of other people having the problem—no solution.

 

Any ideas?
