Photos on my iPhone 6

I would like to delete some photos to make space available on my 16 gb phone. How do I know which photos are on my phone and which are in iCloud? Whenever I select a photo and delete I get the warning that "This photo will be deleted from iCloud Photo Library on all your devices."

I don't wish to do that. I only want to delete it from my phone. How do I do that?

 

In Settings I have iCloud Drive enabled, Show on Home Screen enabled.

In the Photos & Camera settings I have iCloud Photo Library enabled, Optimize iPhone Storage enabled and Upload to My Photo Stream enabled.

 

I'm running iOS version 9.0 (13A4325c)
