iOS iTunes issues

for the last week I have now been unable to play music or enter my iTunes app. The only way is to turn off my iPhone 6plus or reset network settings, anyone else have these problems?

    The solution I found is to turn off the music library and apple music. Looks like apple has lost another customer due to refusing to address the issue. Phone is working great now.
