youtube window gets cut off in safari since 10.11

Heya,

 

Ever since upgrading, all embedded youtube windows appear to show only about 1/4 of the total video. And this isn't just on Reddit as in screenshot. If I expand, even the scrubber is off by about 1/3 of the distance

 

I tried disabling all extensions, and also uninstalled Flash (probably good idea in general), but it still does it. 

 

Any ideas?

    Common problem, I see it a lot. No idea what causes it though.
