Ipad can't close program, all other programs blocked from running
Help! This must be and IOS 9.0.2. issue. I was viewing pictures on a website and the page crashed and tried to reboot. It seems hung up because at the reboot it crashes and tries to reopen and crashes over and over. It is constantly running so it is preventing me from closing it down as well as open any other programs. My emails won't pull up. I don't know how to shut this program down to free up my iPad. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!!!
