New "Switch" ads on TV

I just turned on the TV and saw a new "Switch" ad on FOX. It was about a magazine publisher (in a suit and glasses) talkin' about travel, his kids, his iBook. Apple's web site doesn't mention any new ads, but the one I just saw is CLEARLY a brand new ad...



Anyone else see these yet?

Acutally I think I read some where that Apple did have a bunch of new ads ready to come out. I can not remember what Apple site I read that on though.

They ran at least 3 before the World Cup game...great idea since 1 in 4 people around the world was predicted to watch the final. I also saw 1 at halftime!!!

I saw one during primetime on Comedy Central. But it was the one about the programmer, nothing new like dstranathan saw.

But not all of the 1 in 4 people live in the US where the ads were shown.



I watched the game here (UK) and there were no Apple ads.

Well that's too bad then That's means hardly anyone saw them, since no one in america seems to care about soccer.

Nope I'm from the United States. It's an old name I used from the original game Myth. I named myself after my dog, which suffers from the same name.



It stuck with me over the years, and i try to use it no matter what forum I'm on.

I thought I had seen the end of a new switch ad a few days ago, but I wasn't sure. I hope that they phase out the old ones and get a whole new set of commercials. When people see the same commercials too many times they get annoyed (well, at least I do).

Apparently Ben Folds is going to be in an upcoming Apple ad with an iBook? Not sure if this will fall under the Switch umbrella..

I have noticed alot of TV studios have been doing their version of the Mac commercials to promote their channels. So now every time I see one I think of Mac.
