VR video in stereo does not work on iPhone

I have a problem viewing Virtual Reality on platforms as youtube360, 360heros, Kolor Eyes. Friends with iPhones have the same problems: no video, no full screen, video not running smoothly. On the other hand, some movies on the platform don't give the same problem. What am I missing?
