My brother and his friend were giving tech support to someone today who was having internet troubles. Here's the situation:

They're having troubles with their internet (AOL [dis]service) and they need it fixed. Their OS is Windows ME. The computer is a Hewlett-Packard Pavilion with a Celeron processor, integrated video memory and it also doesn't shut down properly.

P.S. You may think the PowerMac 8100's case was bad... try this mother out. It took more than five minutes just to get the outer shell off.

A demonstration of why we don't want $400 Macs lining Wal-Mart shelves.

My brother almost wanted to die when he tried helping out.
