Hi my name is jhonshan i am new here, i have iphone 5s in this the video not running only phone recorded video is play other video not play it show error video file not supported.
please tell me what can i do...

    So what you're saying is that only the video that you have recorded yourself will play, but not any other videos?

    Where are you trying to watch these videos? The Photos app or the Videos app? What kind of file type and codec are these videos?
