    It must even be the fabled x86 version too!!! Look above, and see the path, it says PC Compatiable!!!

    that must be why it's so expensive...

    because it's the x86 version. and because they'll only sell one copy (for mr. gates) it's so expensive. they have to make a profit on that.

    YOu know what. I bet someone hacked into the compusa website and changed the 10.2 OS price to the 82 thousand and moved it to pc compatible. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />

    I dunno what all you guys are worrying about.



    Mac OS X 10.2 has always been $82,402.02. And duh of course it's PC compatible, what else would be. I don't see wha the problem is... :confused:

    I think it is pretty clear someone mistakenly entered the availability date into the price field of the product page.

    Nah, they didn't forget, Comp always does that (release date as price) on high demand/ high penalty (for selling before street date) products. It shouldn't be on the website like that, but that's what it says on my terminal (at Comp) too. As for the "PC Compatable," that's a screw up. Course, CompUSA always screws up everything they do, so hey. <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" /> I won't even start ranting.
