:confused: That sure ain't a hell of a lot of code is it?! Someone enlighten me out there...

    it doesn't look like they are talking about bits like Binary digITs.

    I think they are opening source to 385 different areas of windows. Not like 385 lines, nor 385 words, nor 385 divided by 8 bytes.

    They say that if they revealed anymore they could get "cloned"...er...seems <a href="http://www.lindows.com/"; target="_blank">someone</a> already did...

    well, the article is quite vague. i couldn't find the press release on ms' site either (stupid monopoly --maybe stupid me tho). but i'd guess that its not really a lot. not to say that revealing an api or protocol isn't a big thing, but they probably won't fully release it. they'll prolly only give away stuff thats already been haxd.
