    There has always been a flood-control timer.



    It is meant to help curtail spamming.

    It did not used to be that long though. I think it should be brought down a little, but yeah, it is has been there always, but it was shorter <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

    During MWNY it was 120 seconds. That was the absolute worst.
