Did I miss the fire sale?

hate to see another upgrade company go.

From the website... "XLR8, Inc. has closed its doors and is no longer in business.

There is no technical or warranty support available.

We apologize for any inconvenience."

Yeah, this surprised me too. I thought they just came out with fairly new G4 upgrades too. Wonder why they went under?

    Actually, <a href="http://www.sonnettech.com/"; target="_blank">Sonnet</a> is producing the <a href="http://www.sonnettech.com/product/encore_stg4.html"; target="_blank">1GHz G4 upgrades</a>.

Yeah, I know that Sonnet & Powerlogix were making the GHz G4 upgrades, but I think XLR8 had a 550 MHz a little while ago for the B&W G3s and G4s.

They did just come out with the 550 and some other products. That was rather quick...

I'm not sure if this is a stupid question, but is xlr8youarmac.com affialted with xlr8.com? Because their site isn't working now... and it would be pretty bad if they went down too...

I don't think xlr8yourmac is affiliated with them.
