OSX El Captian with Konica-Minolta bizhub C454e not printing when accounting codes active
Good Morning,
I am attempting to troubleshoot an issue with 2 MacBook Pro's running El Capitan trying to print to a Minolta C454e with accounting codes on. Currently there are no issues with the Windows machines on the network, and when I turn accounting codes feature off on the printer, the MacBooks can print normally. When I turn the accounting feature on, the MacBooks looks like it prints normally, however nothing goes to the printer. No error codes / notification happen in OSX or the printer. Have contacted Konica about the current driver, and long story short, told me to call Apple (figures). After installing the printer driver, going into features and turning inputting the accounting codes and saving the settings as a preset, the application (i.e., Safari) should print. Would appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction on what could be missing, Thanks.

That would be installed on Windows and you'd open the log viewer after attempting to print from the Mac. It should show any failures on the printer end.
You can also check the Mac's console log (/Applications/Utilities/Console) for any errors logged there.
There are setup videos here:
They set the drop-downs for paper source etc, that's something else to check.
