I'm ready to convert my iTools account to a .Mac acount, but I can't find any information on how to do it.

I went to the web site to sign up, but there was no field to verify whether I was an existing iTools user, so I was worried I'd be charge $99 when I hit "buy now" instead of $45.

Can anyone who's already gone through this process help me? Will I be ask whether I'm an iTools member after I click buy?

i think you have to log onto your existing itools account and convert it from there.

See I did that on July 17th when it first came out and they refunded my money because they charged me the full 100$ they don't clearly state how to upgrade.

Hey! Something funny! My iDisk is still only 20MB. Huh? Shouldn't it be 100MB? That what they say I have on my homepage. Maybe they haven't gotten around to upgrading my storage yet. It is Sunday.

If it isn't 100MB by tomorrow, I'll call Apple. They now have 24 hours to set things straight, then I take action!

Yeah it may not take effect in till the first business day, when I ordered mine I had my 100meg storage right away but I would assume since it is Sunday it won't upgrade in till Monday. Wouldn't you think that would be all automated though.

The problem has seemed to solve itself. My iDisk now lists 100MB in "show info." Guess they had to wait for my credit card to clear.
