1. How much Genius Bar people make?



2. Whether Apple Store employees get big discounts?



3. Whether the benefits are decent?

1. It depends on your region, and I don't think Apple wants that kind of stuff divulged so you'll probably get a few answers in e-mail.



2. I would guess so, but the whole retail thing seems to be slightly detached from the rest of Apple. I heard you have to be on for 6 months before you get the discount.



3. Probably better than most other retail jobs at the mall...

1.) won't find an answer. no one discloses it and and its on a per location basis. All I know is that Apple is not being cheap



2.) usual 20% discount after 6 months I believe

I know a part-timer at the Apple Store near me. They get pretty good discounts:



10% off any non-Apple hardware in the store.



1 25% off Apple hardware (CPU) per year and 3 15% offs.



That's the same as any regular Apple employee.

Thanks guys. I figured it was probably a store-by-store decision where salary is concerned. Good discounts sounds like....
