Note 7 Replacement

I just received my Note 7 Replacement 3 hours ago. Guess what the replacement will not connect to the internet. I called Samsung support and I was advised to take it to a Samsung Service Centre. The operator then left me hanging on the line until the line went dead.I will be taking it back to my retailer for a full refund and I am changing in to Apple. Samsung not good enough and good bye.
