I GOT MSOUTLOOK TO SYNC WITH OS X!

Here's how I did it:

First - Export your contact's into a CSV(dos) file.

Second - Open the file with Excell (it will open with Excell by default) Delete any unnessesary columns (Outlook likes to put a shit-load of useless columns in)

Third - Transfer this file to your OS X box via disk or network connection (I used Sharity on the Mac side to connect to a NT file server, then I retrieved my file)

Fourth - Open address book in Mozilla. Do an import and choose and order ONLY the fields that you have on the right hand side. (Mozilla will pick up the fields for you)

THATS IT!

Let me know if anyone else has done this or has luck with this method!

ooopps sorry - yes, and address book transfer ... and I have looked on versiontracker, but all I came up with is VCard transfers. It didn't work to great with getting all the fields in the correct place.
