refurbished iPad pros on ebay

re: the 12.9 iPad pro listed in today's Cyber Monday wrap-up  (http://www.ebay.com/itm/192028200718?rmvSB=true)

does anyone have experience buying refurb apple products from "mobilepros1"? seems too good to be true.
