Wallpaper/Desktop Pictures

Where is a good place to go for high resolution pictures to put on my desktop. I'm interested in nature pics, animal pics, 3d weirdness pics, coloful pics, pictures of randomness, macrophotos,whatever,. Its really hard to hunt them down individualy,so i was wondering if anyone knew one or two largesh sites, which preferabley are free. t'anks

good ones?? i used ages ago <a href="http://www.webshots.com"; target="_blank">www.webshots.com</a> .. maybe? something like that. they had a stupid software so i installed that, nicked some pictures and uninstalled the software... and continued to receive their ugly spam <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />
