Highlights:

Sharp has lined up 13 companies as part of its 3D-LCD consortium, and they're looking for more. They declined to say how many units they were producing, but the sizes will be 15", 8" and 4" diagonal, and they'll be manufactured in Sharp's existing facilities.

Sharp says the early uses will be in video games and sales kiosks.

Other ideas? I know AirSluf saw some early prototypes, and was unimpressed. Has anyone seen the Sharp technology?
