2016 13" tMBP, noise when shaking?

Got my new 13" tMBP earlier this week, and while inspecting the unit, i noticed that there's something moving around inside making a noise when the unit is tilted/moved left-to-right or vice-versa.

It *seems* like there's something in the display/hinge moving and making this sound. I've looked it up and people who have gotten a replacement machine, or had the screen swapped, still experience this issue with new parts.

I was hoping any owners of this macbook can confirm if they can reproduce it? Here's a video of a MB with the same symptom..

Cheers

    Wow.  I'd send this excellent video straight to Apple- you are covered by Warranty at this point for sure.  Gee.
    Please give us a followup, as Apple usually will take care of you well.

    @StillWilling ;
    I took it into my local Apple retail store as a walk-in and demonstrated it to the 'genius'. He acknowledged it, and tested the other machines in the shop, and confirmed that it was an issue. He suggested I get it exchanged.

    From my online research, it seems like it could have gone either way, as some people have reported that even demo units in Apple stores have exhibited this issue and stores refused to acknowledge it's an issue and say its within spec.

    Some folks who got machines exchanged or screens replaced have reported that the issue remains as well.

    Cheers

    Could be a coin. Seriously.

    I know it sounds silly but search up "coin in Macbook". Weird stuff.

    That was older models with optical drives where the coins get in through the slot. Some kids put coins in them.

    This noise could be the metal plate in the force touch trackpad. When it clicks, the electromagnet pulls a metal plate to make the click. I'm not sure how securely fastened it is, maybe some models are loose. The bottom of the laptop is easy enough to unscrew to find out, it won't void the warranty taking the cover off.
