That would be OpenStep, basically Cocoa without the Java. But didn't they have some sort of enterprise system somewhere between WebObjects (which is also theirs) and OpenStep, something about EOF or EOL? Their e-mail app was considered top-notch, allowing voice and video e-mail for whatever that was worth at the time.

I know NeXT made software that is seen in different froms today, I just do not know too much about it.
The WWW protocol was created using NeXT stuff.
