iPhone Bluetooth V4.2 Audio problem

When streaming audio music from iPhone (iOS 10.2, BT 4.2) to Bluetooth speakers in home and also in car the right channel volume is very low (25-30%) compared to left channel. Speakers work ok from other sources. Any help or ideas appreciated
