New MS ads show Mac/PC unity
Did anybody else catch the article on MacNN about the new MS ads which show a Mac and PC playing chess? http://www.macnn.com/news.php?id=16945
The article says MS is trying to get more Mac users to switch to office, but I'd love to know what PC people will think of these ads. Personally I don't need Office nor do I want to spend the money for it. It's a strange world. Next they'll have a Mac and PC dancing to "kum-ba-ya my lord".

I saw the advertisment in this month issue of Macaddict. I find it kinda funny. Microsoft do have some very good marketing people.
I dun really think PC users really care about these ads. Most of them probably never seen the Mac version anyway, even though the Mac version is prettier.
I dun like microsoft, but I really need office... with or without the ad.....
I do wonder why they used such ugly, dated, clunky PCs in the Ads though. There are SO many to chose from so I am wondering why they went with those? Bizarre.
