??? "unregistered" and other forum problems

As you all have probably noticed, recently AppleInsider has once again been having major problems. Most notably, in the past three days, everyone has become unregistered and no one can log in.



The moderators and administrators would like you all to know that we are aware of the problem and are actively working to find and implement a fix. Once the member database has been repaired, we will try to transition over to vBulletin as soon as possible.



In the mean time, members should NOT clear their cookies or log out from AppleInsider. Doing so will block you out of the system until we get the database repaired. Also, please do not try to register new member names. This could cause more headaches for the system.

    The people that don't visit GD and won't see this thread may head off to Suggestions to report that there's a problem. When they get there, they will see the other thread.



    It makes sense in theory, at least.
