Following matching developer releases the day prior, Apple on Tuesday issued its second public betas of iOS 10.3.2 and macOS 10.12.5.

For users of the initial betas, the downloads are available over-the-air or through the Mac App Store, respectively. People wanting fresh access must have a free account with Apple's Beta Software Program.

Both iOS 10.3.2 and macOS 10.12.5 are essentially maintenance updates, eliminating bugs and security vulnerabilities.

While changes in macOS are uncertain, iOS 10.3.2 is known to fix problems with third-party VPN apps. People may encounter problems with incomplete Siri text responses, something Apple will likely fix in the finished code.

Apple has included iTunes restore images for iPhone 5, iPhone 5c and the fourth-generation iPad, meaning the latest beta does indeed support 32-bit devices.

iOS 10.3, released in late March, converted devices to the more efficient Apple File System, and introduced several features such as "Find My AirPods" and a new reviews API.

Update: 32-bit support noted.

As I've been looking for 64 bit replacements for some of my 32 bits apps, I've noticed they're still selling the 32 bit versions. At least that makes it easier to contact the devs of the old versions.

Hopefully macOS 10.12.5 will fix stuttering issues with USB audio devices...

I don't know if this is a related issue, but I've been on the iOS betas for awhile now. During the previous beta, neither my iMac nor MacBook would unlock with my Apple Watch. I double checked System Preferences in the Security preference pane and restarted the machine, etc. The feature worked nicely on previous betas.

I updated my iPhone 7+ to the this latest beta today, and now the computers unlock with the Watch!

    Love that feature!

What perceivable difference is there with the new AFS? Has it changed anything that can be noticed?
