OK to download? In Messages when use shortcut to access emoji

Just updated to Sierra (from El Capitan)
In Messages when use shortcut to access emoji receive message that says:
CharacterPalette needs to download the font "GungSeo". "GungSeo" is 5.1MB.
No idea what this is, is it safe to download??

    GungSeo looks like a standard font that comes preinstalled in OS X. Not sure how you lost it. Though I’m noticing that mine is disabled in OS X 10.12.4… Anyway, if you can find it again, it should be safe to download again.
