specify what apple ID is associated to what app on a Macbook Pro

Is it possible to specify different apple IDs to use different software programs on a Macbook Pro within one user profile?
Here's what I want to do/why I ask. I work on a MbP issued by my firm. I have one apple ID that I use for work-related things. I have another apple ID that I use for personal things. For work, I use Outlook for mail, calendar, notes, etc. For non-work-related/personal things, I use iCal, Apple Mail, etc. So, using the same user profile, can I specify which programs use which AppleID?
