iPhone X and LTE Band 71 / 600 Mhz for T-Mobile
Hi, does anybody know what the baseband modems are in the iPhone X models sold in America? I'm wondering if they have the hardware to support LTE 71 (to be used by T-Mobile for faster data speeds soon) albeit not listed on the iPhone X US Tech Specs sheet. Then, a related question, has there been any history of Apple release firmware upgrades to iPhone baseband modems to enable additional bands or speed features? I seem to recall there was some rumor they were going to do that with iPhone 4 but not sure if that actually happened or not.
