Apple store in Fort Lauderdale

Very bad service in Galleria Apple store..

For two days , no one couldn’t check my iPhone! Waiting more one hour with small child.. October 26th about 18:50 have been told no technical service available! (Biggest company )) .... October 27th sign up time 19:05! left store at 20:30 with no help . (high value company))... floor manager ignoring question..
