Where is Apple's holiday promotion?

It's coming up to the biggest shopping day with the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday this weekend.



Did I miss something or doesn't Apple normally have a holiday promotion?

Seems to me it would have been wise to have something in place by now.

Not everyone has an Apple retail store in their backyard. Would be nice to have something online where the masses could take advantage of.

I thought I read somewhere that they were going to have special "One day only" deals at the Online Store on black friday. I can't remember where I read that but I'm pretty sure its going to happen.

You could also try <a href="http://www.apple.com/giftguide"; target="_blank">www.apple.com/giftguide</a> which is just a holiday gift guide. Kinda stupid though, they don't actually have any deals, they're just sorting the products differently and putting them in a holiday theme.



EDIT: Looks like their special "Holiday Offer" is iPod engraving for $20. Oh boy, I'm so excited

Well I guess I must be psychic...Apple just announced a rebate of (woo hoo!) $100 off an eMac.
